When you enquire about or charter a flight

When you request or book a flight or additional services, we may require contact, payment and travel-related information. We use that information to manage your enquiry, booking, re-booking and any assistance required in connection with the journey.

When you supply other people’s data

If you are travelling with other people or booking services for others, we may require information such as their name, date of birth and passport details. You are responsible for ensuring that persons whose data you provide are aware that their information has been supplied and understand how it may be used and processed.

When you visit our website or applications

Newsletters, polls, reports and similar requests

Where you request a newsletter, report, whitepaper, poll participation or similar content, we may collect your name, email address and information about the content requested. Marketing communications can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Information supplied by aircraft or helicopter operators

Where an operator provides us with personal information relating to staff or crew, the operator is responsible for ensuring that those individuals are appropriately informed about that disclosure.

• public bodies, regulators, law-enforcement or other authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights;

Information shared through third-party social-media platforms or messaging applications is also subject to the privacy practices of those providers. When you leave the SESJETS website, information provided directly to another website is governed by that third party’s own privacy policy. SESJETS and S.E.S Holdings Ltd accept no responsibility for the content or use of third-party websites.

When there is no ongoing legitimate business or legal need to process personal data, we will delete or anonymise it, or securely isolate it until deletion becomes possible.

Our website and applications are not intended for use by children under 18.
