Each request begins with what the passenger actually needs: where to depart, when to arrive, who is travelling, what must travel with them and which details matter in the cabin and on the ground.
SESJETS then sources suitable third-party aircraft and operators, considers the operational and commercial fit, and presents a concise recommendation rather than a catalogue.
Runway requirements, airport access, operating hours, parking, slots and the most practical point of departure and arrival.
Party size, cabin height, seating, sleeping requirements, pets, children, accessibility, privacy and the preferred onboard environment.
Suitcases, skis, golf equipment, instruments and unusual baggage can materially affect aircraft suitability.
Short-notice departures, multi-sector itineraries, helicopter connections and ground arrangements are considered as part of the same journey.
Comfort is personal.
Some clients value a quiet cabin and minimum ground time. Others need family-friendly arrangements, pets on board, specialist catering, additional luggage or a chauffeur waiting at the FBO. These details should shape the charter from the start rather than be added at the end.
Where practical, SESJETS can also coordinate helicopter or chauffeur connections through specialist third-party providers.
