Less airport. More control.
Private flights often use an FBO or dedicated private terminal rather than the main commercial terminal. Arrival time, security and handling procedures vary by airport, operator, destination and passenger profile, and will be confirmed for the individual journey.
Family travel
Private charter can simplify family travel by reducing connections and allowing departure times to fit the family rather than the timetable. Child-seat or special requirements should be raised early.
Pets
Pets may be accepted on many private flights subject to operator approval, aircraft limitations and the documentation, vaccination and entry rules of the countries involved.
Baggage
Large suitcases, skis, golf equipment, instruments and unusual items should be declared before aircraft selection because baggage capacity varies materially by aircraft.
Catering
Special catering can often be arranged, subject to departure location, lead time and provider availability.
Ground transport
Chauffeur-driven transport can be coordinated through specialist partners for FBO, hotel, residence, meeting and onward connections.
Complex itineraries
Multi-city journeys, helicopter sectors and other specialist movements can be planned as one itinerary where operationally practical.
Documentation remains the passenger’s responsibility.
Passengers must hold the passports, visas, health documentation and any other documents required for departure, transit and entry. Requirements can depend on nationality, residence, routing and destination and may change at short notice.
For pets, additional microchip, vaccination, treatment, health-certificate or import requirements may apply.
