One trusted point of contact. Every critical detail considered.
For principals, families, family offices and executive teams, private aviation is not simply an aircraft booking. It is a coordinated travel mission where safety, discretion, logistics and timing must work together.
We take ownership of the coordination.
One SESJETS contact remains responsible for the charter relationship from the initial request through final arrival. We coordinate the aircraft search, operator communication, passenger requirements and relevant ground or specialist services so the client does not have to manage multiple disconnected suppliers.
Our role is to reduce friction, present the information that matters and keep the moving parts aligned.
Safety begins with the actual operator.
SESJETS does not operate the aircraft. The carrier performing the flight must hold the appropriate operating authority for the mission and jurisdiction. In the United States, for example, on-demand charter commonly falls under FAA Part 135; other jurisdictions use their own regulatory frameworks and Air Operator Certificates.
We identify the proposed operator and consider whether it holds the appropriate authority for the mission being offered.
Where relevant and available, independent programmes such as ARGUS, WYVERN Wingman and IS-BAO can form part of the safety picture. They are additional indicators and do not replace regulatory oversight.
Where requested or appropriate, operator-provided information relating to aircraft, crew qualifications and mission suitability can form part of the sourcing process. Flight crew qualification, duty and rest remain the responsibility of the operator and regulator.
Privacy is part of the mission profile.
We aim to collect and share only the passenger and itinerary information required to assess, confirm and coordinate the journey.
Where passports, visas or other sensitive documents are required, an appropriate transfer method should be agreed before they are sent. We do not present ordinary email or messaging as inherently secure.
Where relevant, privacy options may be available to the aircraft owner or operator. In the United States these can include FAA programmes such as LADD and PIA. Participation is controlled by the aircraft owner/operator and cannot be guaranteed by a broker.
The mission determines the aircraft.
Range alone is never enough. We consider the practical profile of the journey so the aircraft is selected around the passengers and destination.
The proposed aircraft must be appropriate for the sector, passenger load, fuel requirement and operating conditions.
Oversized luggage, skis, golf equipment, instruments, mobility equipment or other unusual items should be declared before aircraft selection.
Runway capability, operating hours, slots, parking, handling and FBO options can determine which airport and aircraft combination best serves the final destination.
Travel preferences
Catering, cabin preferences, preferred FBOs, ground transport and other recurring requirements can be incorporated into the brief when the client chooses to share them.
Family & pet travel
Children, pets, specialist baggage and family schedules can materially change the best aircraft and routing. Pet documentation and entry requirements should be reviewed early for international journeys.
Passports, visas & entry requirements
We can help coordinate the information flow around a journey, but passengers remain responsible for holding the documents and permissions required by the relevant authorities.
The mission does not end when the aircraft lands.
Where required, premium ground transport and helicopter sectors can be coordinated through specialist third-party providers around the aircraft schedule.
Weather, airport restrictions and technical events can affect even well-planned private flights. Where practical, alternative routing or replacement options can be explored, although substitute aircraft availability can never be guaranteed.
The SESJETS contact remains the communication point for material itinerary updates across the charter and associated arrangements.
The commercial picture should be understood before commitment.
Charter proposals should make the material commercial structure understandable, including known inclusions, exclusions and any conditions that may create additional charges.
Cancellation, schedule-change and substitution provisions should be reviewed before booking, particularly for complex or high-value itineraries.
De-icing, additional airport handling, itinerary changes, extended waiting or other operator-defined items may arise after confirmation or operation and should be handled transparently under the applicable terms.
SESJETS / S.E.S Holdings Ltd acts as an air charter broker and not as a direct air carrier. Operational control, regulatory compliance, crew duty and rest, maintenance and flight execution remain with the licensed operator performing the flight.
